In September 2017 we introduced an additional check for any contractors we appoint to undertake work in a managed residential property. All contractors must submit their Insurance and qualification records together with health and safety documentation to our advisers Enable Health & Safety.
This is to ensure that all contractors are suitable for the work and reduce the landlord’s liability for any possible accidents. A contractor cannot be instructed by us if they are not approved by Enable Health & Safety.
