As such we provide three comprehensive packages for letting and management to suit all needs; however, the options available are not absolute and we are happy to discuss any individual requirements.

With this service the maintenance and repair of the property will continue to be completed by the landlord however the rent will be collected and monitored by our highly experienced staff, ensuring any potential rent arrears are immediately apparent. The rent will be transferred every quarter to the landlord's chosen bank account.
This service will suit a landlord who prefers a third-party to be entirely responsible for the day-to-day management of their property. In addition to the collection of rental, we arrange all repair and maintenance work, and ensure the property is kept in good condition by the tenant by way of an annual inspection. We also ensure a smooth transition at the end of a tenancy by negotiating any possible disputes in relation to the deposit.
