Secured Lending Valuations
We represent a number of lenders and are retained on several bank valuation panels, including but not limited to Barclays Bank, NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland, Coutts, Clydesdale Bank and the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation. We are able to carry out secured lending valuations of commercial, residential and agricultural properties.
Inheritance And Capital Gains Tax Valuations
Our valuers have a broad understanding of capital taxation, meaning we are not only able to carry out tax valuations but we are also able to provide advice on tax planning and assist with negotiations with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
