Location & Directions:



The land is located on the Dereham Road between the villages of Whinburgh and Garvestone. From Whinburgh follow the B1135, Dereham Road, south towards Garvestone for approximately 0.6 miles. The land is situated to the left-hand side directly off the public highway.



Terms of Sale:



The property is initially offered for sale by Private Treaty as a whole. The Vendors and their Agent reserve the right to invite best and final offers and/or conduct a private auction within a pre-determined timescale if required.



Tenure & Possession:



The land is freehold with the benefit of vacant possession upon completion.



Holdover:



The Vendors reserve the right of Holdover on the land until 1st October 2019, if required,  in order to harvest the current standing crop of Winter Wheat. Please see the comments below under early entry.
