Alice joined Cruso & Wilkin in 2009 and was made a Partner of the firm on 1st January 2014. Alice obtained a BSc (Hons) Degree in Rural Land Management from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) in 2011. Alice is from a Hertfordshire farming family and has practical agricultural experience. Alice carries out a range of professional work including formal valuations, landlord and tenant work, advising on rural grants and subsidy applications including the Basic Payment Scheme, whole farm appraisals and budgets. Alice is an Eastern Group Examiner for the CAAV and a member of the Agricultural Law Association. In her spare time she is a keen shot and enjoys picking up with her two gundogs.
