If prospective Purchasers are not prepared to purchase the 2023 growing crop, the Sellers reserve the right to harvest and remove the existing cereal crop and straw as appropriate, before the lands revert to the buyers. They also reserve the right to claim the Basic Farm Payments and retain all funds received up until the end of the 2023 claim period.
