Cruso & Wilkin are committed to advising landlords of any changes in their responsibilities towards their properties and tenants, including updates in health and safety and property maintenance.
From September 2017 we have introduced an additional check for any contractors we appoint to undertake work in a managed residential property. All contractors must submit their Insurance and qualification records together with health and safety documentation to our advisers Enable Health & Safety. This is to ensure all contractors are suitable for the work and reduce the landlord’s liability for any possible accidents. A contractor cannot be instructed by us if they are not approved by Enable Health & Safety.
